About Us
AQR International is a highly innovative test publisher and OD consultancy. Based in the UK we now work in 80+ countries. Founded in 1989 by Doug Strycharczyk who is the CEO, our work is supported by a wide range of partnership arrangements around the world, including leading universities and colleges.
Our goal is to make high quality psychometric tools and measures available widely to users of all types – managers, trainers, coaches and teachers - around the globe. These offer considerable value in helping trained users to make better decisions about people. In turn this leads to more effective intervention and development.
AQR incorporates 4 core elements into all its work:
